   XE系列硅鋼片卷料橫向剪切生產線是由江陰如一科技有限公司開發研制，可根據客戶需要定制剪切最大寬度可達600mm，剪切刀具材質采用日本進口硬質合金制造。適用于變壓器、電抗器、電焊機、電器、等行業硅鋼片卷料和低碳鋼薄板橫向剪切，已在川電、昆山特變、大宏機電、永展機電、德順互感器、飛龍鐵芯、威盛工業等上百家企業廣泛使用。該系列產品在全國同行業中產銷量占首位． 
     ●產品結構該橫剪線由機架、送料機，剪切沖孔模具、自動調孔裝置、電器控制柜等組成，進行連續沖孔、剪切成需要的一定尺寸的長方形條料，。該橫剪線可連續沖孔剪切，也可按每次需要的片數設定單次剪切數量,加工數量達到限額將停止工作數秒再自動重啟，往復生產即會將加工總數完成，機器將自動停止工作。生產效率高、安全可靠、加工精度高、操作簡便、易學易懂。根據產品規格大小不一特點，常規情況下一人可同時操作兩臺機器，節約勞動力。
    該橫剪線結構簡單、調整操作簡單、維修方便、價格低廉。

1.本設備可完成疊片式全直接縫鐵芯片型的自動生產。
2.裁剪動力：采用進口伺服控制技術，速度快，噪音小，壽命長。
3.送料動力：采用交流同步伺服電動機，具有響應快，定位精度高，低噪音，制動熱塤小，壽命長等特點。
4.軌道定位：采用絲杠直線導軌中心定位，刻度盤調節定位快速，準確，方便。
5.運動控制：采用先進的PLC控制器，即大量減少了接線又提高了系統的可靠性，穩定性與實時性，并可進行遠程控制與故障診斷，可最大限度地縮短維護時間與費用。
6.模具：采用進口合金鋼制造的模具，具有剪切毛刺小、模具壽命長、維護次數少等特點，模具制造工藝完全按照高速沖模具加工，維護、拆裝、研磨尤其方便，減少勞動強度。
7.壽命保證：本設備標準件（直線導軌，滾珠絲杠，各種軸承）均為名優配件，基礎件加工裝配精度高，最大限度延長設備使用壽命。模具一次調試完成可加工500萬沖次。

In terms of manufacture process, the machine tools are completely processed by the requirements of high-speed punch molds, convenient for maintenance, disassembly and assembly, and sharpening, reducing the labor intensity.
7.Warranty for Service Life: the standard components of the device (straight line guide rail, ball lead screws and various shaft bearings) are famous branded accessories, the basic parts are processed and assembled in high precision, as maximizes the service life of the device. Upon completion of commissioning, the machining tool can be used for 5 million punching times.
