 沈陽市第四變壓器廠（有限公司）（曾用名：沈陽變壓器聯合廠）始建于1961年，是原機械工業部定點生產電力變壓器、特種變壓器及原油脫鹽、脫水、精制電源成套設備的專業廠。1989年，由本廠開發研制的國內第一套原油脫鹽電源成套設備在長嶺煉油現場一次試驗成功，獲得現場專家的好評并獲得國家級獎勵，這標志著我國電脫鹽設備制造方面零的突破。

本廠生產的產品還有63KV及以下額定容量31500KVA以下的電力變壓器，S9、S10、S11-M-30～1600/6～10，全密封配電變壓器，SY-M-30～160/6～10油田動力照明專用變壓器和CKG型63KV及以下系列干式空心電抗器。
